For South African suppliers and contractors
Tendering is hard. Your paperwork shouldn’t be.
Most bids are thrown out on paperwork, not on price. TenderFill reads the tender with you, shows you what could get your bid disqualified — an expired certificate, a missing form, a briefing you cannot miss — and helps you fix it before the closing date.
No card needed for your first tender. Then from R299 a month.
- Every problem we raise quotes the tender, with its page number
- Sixteen consistency checks on your company details before any form is filled
- SBD and MBD forms from the National Treasury templates, with the version recorded on every pack
- ID, tax and bank account numbers encrypted; only your organisation can open them
Good bids get thrown out for small things
You can have the right price and the right team and still be disqualified before anyone reads your proposal. These are the things that catch suppliers out most often.
A certificate that ran out
Your tax PIN, B-BBEE affidavit or COIDA letter expires a week before closing, and nobody noticed until the bid was set aside.
A returnable left out
Page 14 of a 90-page tender asks for one more document. Miss it, and the evaluation stops there.
The wrong form, or an old one
Departments still ask for withdrawn forms, and municipalities use MBD where departments use SBD. Easy to get wrong when you are rushing.
The same details, every time
Registration numbers, directors, addresses and declarations, typed into the same forms for every tender you bid on.
Everything from the advert to the bid box
TenderFill is the help a small supplier rarely has: someone to find the right tenders, read the fine print, keep your paperwork current and fill in the forms. Here is what it does for you.
Find
Tenders that fit your company
Published government tenders every day, matched to your province, sector and CIDB grade, with the reasons for each match shown. Save a search and we email you when new ones appear.
Check
What could get you disqualified
Upload the tender and any addenda. We read what it asks for and check it against your company details and documents, then tell you what is missing, expiring or wrong, quoting the page each one is on.
Fix
Your forms, filled for you
SBD and MBD forms filled from your company details, with an answer sheet you can copy onto the department’s own copies. Type your details once; use them on every tender.
Write
Write-ups from your past bids
Upload proposals you have written before and get a first draft of your experience and method sections in Word, built only from what your own documents say. Where they say nothing, we leave a gap for you to fill.
Ask
Answers from the tender itself
Ask “when is the briefing?” or “do they want a COIDA letter?” and get the answer with the words it came from. If the tender does not say, we tell you that instead of guessing.
Remember
Deadlines you will not miss
Reminders before your certificates expire, compulsory briefings flagged on your home page, and a calendar feed of every closing date.
Prices for each plan are on the pricing page. Filled form packs are paid per pack.
You focus on winning the work.
We help with the paperwork.
Here’s how
Four steps
How it works
Tell us about your company once
Your registration, directors, declarations and certificates. Saved, and reused on every tender after this one.
Find a tender, or upload one
Browse published government tenders matched to your company, or upload the bid document you already have.
We check it against your records
We read what the tender asks for and compare it with your company. Every problem comes with the page of the tender it came from.
Fix it, then submit
Upload the missing document, renew what is expiring, and fill the SBD or MBD forms from your details. You check, sign and hand it in.
TenderFill helps you prepare. You still check signatures, pricing and the tender’s own instructions before you submit.
Why you can trust what it tells you
A tool that is confidently wrong could cost you a contract. So TenderFill shows its working, and never tells you a bid is safe to submit.
Every problem shows its page
When we say the tender asks for something, we quote the words and give the page number, so you can open the tender and see it yourself in seconds.
We would rather say less than guess
If we cannot find the exact words in your tender, we drop the point instead of showing it. If the tender asks for something we cannot check, we tell you so you can check it yourself.
Scanned pages are marked
A photocopied tender is read as images. Anything we found on a scanned page is marked, with a link to the page itself, so you can compare it with the paper.
Sworn answers are yours
Every yes/no declaration starts blank. Nothing is printed under your signature unless you chose it.
The department’s own forms come first
Most tenders include their own copies of the forms. The answer sheet lists every value by form and question, so filling theirs is copying, not searching.
Your company’s details stay private
ID, tax and bank account numbers are encrypted, only people in your organisation can open your documents, and every download is logged.
Give your next bid a clean run.
Find out what could get it disqualified while there is still time to fix it.
